Ideal for a larger family or group of friends who wish to holiday together it can be opened up to join The Hazel House, Coll, to accommodate up to 12 people. We have called this joint unit Crainn meaning Woods. Hand crafted by a team of craftsmen it features original bespoke joinery, glass and willow work. Glass doors from every downstairs room and an integrated conservatory invite the private gardens in, whilst upstairs distance views invite your eye to gaze out expanding that sense of space and light.
The spacious sitting room has a state of the art in wall double sided wood burning stove, three sofas with colourful cushions curving around the stove and a large Gabbeh rug. A 42 inch TV with free view, a library of books and DVDs and a collection of board games. French doors to patio.
The main dining area sits in an integrated south facing conservatory with a large extendable beech table that accommodates up to ten diners comfortably.
An open plan oak and glass stairway breaks up the space between the dining room and the spacious hallway leading to the gallery landing above. There is a useful downstairs shower room.
The kitchen is hand crafted and carved from white oak by Odile Kipling. It has black granite and oak worktops, an island unit with stools, and a full range of high end eco kitchen appliances. The French doors open up to a courtyard area with a private sheltered walled herb garden and outdoor dining and BBQ facilities. We believe there is everything you might need for all your culinary adventures.
Leading from the kitchen is a private laundry room with a washing machine and drier and a boot room.
Upstairs there are the master bedroom, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The spacious master bedroom features high beamed ceilings, an enormous 6ft 6 emperor size bed, an en-suite shower room, and French doors with a Juliette balcony. The en-suite has a full size walk in shower, toilet and Thinn basin and a travertine floor.
The second and third bedrooms echo each other with spacious accommodation that stretches up to the structural wooden roof beams. Bedroom two has a set of French doors and a Juliette balcony whilst bedroom three has a double window. Both rooms are further lit by double roof lights. Each room is furnished with twin beds.
Bedroom four although smaller still has space for a king size bed.
The designer bathroom features a modern white eclipse Thinn bath and basin with a D-shaped glass shower unit. Travertine floors, a bespoke oak basin unit, and hand-made glass splash back create a stylish yet relaxing space.
